Could be an interesting idea to offer a real jigsaw to clients (I wonder if there's anyone in Brissie printing them...), as another means to stand out from the crowd.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I will say that it was a tad on the time consuming side but very enjoyable.
Dave - from memory, at the PMA show in Brisbane, there was a company that did offer that service - but it wasn't cheap, but I do agree - that would make one stand out from the crowd.
