My introduction.. I am approaching retirement as a secondary school Art teacher in the next 10 years of so. Photography was a subject that I studied at university in the 1970's. It has always been a keen area of interest for me and an area that I have taught to students. My own photography has taken a back seat until recently though. I am looking to upgrade to a DSLR camera and involve myself a lot more in this area. Hopefully this community will provide opportunities in this area. I have already followed many threads of conversation before signing up today. They cover such a huge range of information and areas of information.
