This could be subtitled, 'The things we do when we're bored'.

This is an animated GIF to show the Tilt/Shift functionality of the Nikon PB-4 bellows.
It was for a write up on using various manual focus lenses on modern DSLR's in 'Alternative, Legacy or Manual Focus lenses, an overview' (http://photocornucopia.com/1027.html). I didn't end up using this GIF, thought it was a shame not to post or use it.

If it's a Nikon PB-4 bellows. Why is it on a Canon?

These things are much easier to attach all manner of alternative camera bodies on Geoff, simply because you lose nothing.
With attaching lenses from brand X onto cameras from brand Y, you'll lose some feature, whereas with the bellows it's full manual operation only and when you want a bellows the brand makes no difference other than one of high quality.
Apparently Minolta make(made) one of the best, but I don't know ... don't have one myself, just the same one as shown here.
Looks like a hip hop video! :D

I like the philosophy...
Why go to the trouble?
Because you can...
Cheers.
