Hi guys.
Stopping by to introduce myself.
I am a beginner looking to increase my knowledge and hopefully soon be able to put it into practice. Currently looking at getting a used Canon 50D or 7D with the 17-55 f/2.8 and a 55-250 f/4-5.6 for a bit of reach and until i get a handle on what focal lengths I like to use. I bought a 300D a long time ago and sold it to my sister a while ago. I had an interest but limited knowledge on the subject, but have found myself wanting to really learn the art of making a great photo.
Interested in many areas of Photography and am looking to try my hand at mostly Sports, Aviation, People, and some Architecture which I will put to use at work. If I start to like this I can see a 10-22 EFs in my future also.
Have been doing lots of reading and hope to be able to put to use soon with my own DSLR. If the budget doesn't allow I think I will track down a G12 and go for it.
Hope to be able to contribute and learn from all the members here.
For anyone that responds to this thread and provides some advice or just says HI. I appreciate the time you have taken to stop by.
Cheers
Damien
