Best budget ips monitor for photography needs?
Im considering lg Ips231p-bn
They tell me it's only 6 bit.
The other option..Lg ips226v
Any comments would be welcomed

Have a look at the dell ultra sharp series.

^^ I'll second that. I have an LG 2340 at work and a Dell 24" ultrasharp at home, while the LG is OK, it is not a patch on the Dell.
I use a Dell U2410. Great monitor. Performance is exceptional

I have the Dell U2311h..cheaper than the U2410. I got mine from Harris technology when they had a sale. This thread may be useful [URL="I have the Dell U2311h..cheaper than the U2410. If you're in no hurry the monitors do come up for sale every few months. Price reductions are usually worth the wait.
