Decided I needed to get all of my trip stories and photos from travelling the Oz outback and other 4WDing destinations in one place so Ive created a blog!
http://www.touring4x4.com/blog/
Have added plenty already but some are words only as I continue to add images.
Comments and feedback back are VERY welcome.

Good effort and well done for sharing that knowledge and passion.
A couple of teething issues.
Most pics on the home page are showing the red X maybe check the links.
Second point is a personal thing - the site looks a little thin. Not sure if it is becuase I use a 30" and it probably looks ok on a 24 or if it is a formatting option your end? If it was a touch wider it would feel better.
Cheers

Thanks for the feedback! :th3:
Have refreshed mine a couple of times and all of the pics are showing. :confused013
I agree on the width and that was how the templete I used as set up. Have gone in and hacked at the code  until it went wider.

hmmm
Birdsville and Lake Eyre pics come up - none of the others. These were the 2 pics that came up last time as well.
Can someone else please tell us if they can see the pics on the home page...thanks.
As far as the width, that looks better. Many years since I played with HTML coding but I seem to remember you can set width to 100% as well as a defined pixel such as 1024. Would take a little search of HTML to figure it out.
However, it looks good now so maybe don't mess with what ain't broke huh? :D
^ I can see all photos. Using FF.
Good on you Andrew, looks pretty good to me.
Now you just have to put the link in your signature. :th3:
I can see the pics now.
I like both the white and the black backgrounds so I am not much use there :)
Lots and lots of trips, tech articles and photos added now.
Comments on the layout and colour scheme welcomed.
Have revamped the layout and appearance of the site plus added some old trips.

that's a lot of work you've put in there. well done. i like the way the image gallery is laid out. i also like the way images under lay the text in areas. about the only thing i'm not to keen on is the white text on black background.
apart from that :pircool:
