Photograpers and Photography Courses in Brisbane

I was hoping someone could recommend a photograper and a intermediate photography course for me in Brisbane QLD?

The majority of pics which I intend to take is wildlife, landscapes, property, some portraits and just nature itself any reccomendations guys and is the Canon EOS7D a great camera?

Edit: Yes, the Canon 7D is a great camera.....but I'm a bit biased.:D
