I am hoping for a bit of advice about buying a wide angle lens. I currently have an 18-200mm lens which I am happy with but I am (hopefully) going to New Zealand later in the year and I was wondering if this lens would be enough for landscape shots or whether a wide angle would be a better option.
I was looking at the AF-S-DX-10-24mm as I have a D90 (and no plans to go FF).
I have done some research but I got a bit confused with all the distances etc and ended up not really knowing what I wanted (or would be best).
Thanks for any help:)

I use the Nikkor 10-24 and have been super impressed with it's performance and those extra millimetres can make a huge difference, especially on a DX.

Why not look at doing panoramas rather than buying a new lens. Just a thought.
