Hi all!

I'm looking for a relatively low-cost remote trigger that supports TTL. (My main camera is a 1Ds mkII, does that matter?) I've got some $25 eBay cheapies that work well most of the time, but no TTL. I know pocket wizard and Bowens do them, but they are very very expensive! Any suggestions? :)

Maybe check out the Odin triggers (http://www.phottix.com/en/phottix-odin-ttl-flash-trigger-for-canon.html) from site sponsor Phottix.

Santa bought me a set of these for xmas. I sender & 2 recievers.

They seem to be getting good reviews around the net and are a fair bit cheaper than other full ettl options.

I'm far from a lighting expert, but having watched a review on youtube beforehand managed to set them up and work out how to use them in a couple of minutes, very intuative. Have played around with them with the kids & such but not used them in anger yet.

Thanks guys!

It looks like TTL remotes start from around about $130 for a sender / receiver set. I think I'll hold off on getting one just yet...

Until I saw that you already mentioned PW's, I was going to suggest them. The Mini and Flex series are first class units. You get what you pay for...
