Hoping to get through each day learning something about photography and my canon camera 550D.
I have a keen interest in Macro but first I intend to learn all I can about lighting, and which lenses to purchase to suit my camera, with in a reasonable price range.

Hi there :action66: and Welcome to AP.. Thats a good idea to learn about lighting first as you need that especially with Macro
I have never heard of a bad Macro lens yet so you wont have any problem choosing one, there are plenty of Threads here about what Macro Lens to choose.
