Hullo
I am aware that some members on this site use RGB digital Pro Lab to process their photos.
Previously to downloading "Lion" for my Mac I had no issues in uploading photos through their Website
Now the site does not allow me to add photos. through their I called them for support they said I should disable my firewall . My firewall is not enabled.
I found on another website that prints photos the following:
If you are using new Mac OSX 10.7 (Lion)
First of all go to your Java Preferences, General Tab and make sure you have "Enable applet plug-in and Web Start Applications" turned on.
However even with this property turned on there are several problems you might face up with:
Image Uploader Java Plugin Failure. This happens if you use Safari 5.1 and have more then 1 page with Java applet on it opened. The solution is to close all the other pages with Java applets, just leave one with Image Uploader ang reload it. Firefox and Chrome for Mac OSX are free of this issue.
I checked my Java applet and hits all enabled.
I even tried firefox - no joy.
Can anybody assist?
Sue
