Another newbie

Hi all,

I have always had an interest in photography but never had a decent camera to play with until now. Now I have a Canon 550D with the standard 18-55mm IS lens. I am hoping to get more equipment as I go but for now it’s just the basics for me. I'm looking forward to learning a lot on this site. As I am just starting out I’m a bit nervous about posting my photos in case they’re not very good but I will get the courage up and do it! :)

Welcome to AP Chez, You'll enjoy this site , Best way to get started is to post some images to the main CC Forum of your choice, Interaction is the way to go on this site , BTW The 550D and that lens 18-55 IS Is a very good combination, I've seen some Really good Landscapes by a Pro using this set up , He has a 1D mk11 as well , Enjoy your stay - Bill :)

You will learn alot here, I know I certainly have. Dont be afraid to post your pics even if your not to happy with them,
The folks here will always provide some handy tips for how to improve and just as importantly what they like about your shots.
