A dilettante returns

As other returnees have also stated, life has a way of interfering with being able to post on this site. A much-loved brother's recent passing plus being on a 12-month camping trip around Oz (yes, camping - no wimpy caravan or camper trailer for us! ;)) are the excuses I'm offering.

I'll make more of an effort to check in regularly, and even post some images for your amusement.

Sorry to hear of the passing :(
Hope you enjoyed roughing it around Oz. Next dry season I plan on doing a shortened version (i.e. 3 weeks) and, leaving from Adelaide, head up to Darwin and Cape York for some camping and 4wding adventures :D

Thanks dockers. I spent several years doing 4WD tours to Cape York and across the top as far as Broome. You'll like Cape York but it's not the adventure it used to be. Still plenty of 4WD-ing to do though.
