greeting thrillseekers,
am new to digital photography - actually any photography. steep learning curve ahead. only have a cheapy point and shoot at this stage. need to do alot of research before buying dslr.

Hi Simon and welcome. yes it is a steep learning curve, but grab the guide ropes AP throws out to you in the form of CC and learning guides in the New to Photography section, and soon you will at the top of that slippery slope
