Hi All,

well it has been some time, so I was thinking we should have a get together......

any thoughts people? Bit over the city unless someone can think of somewhere new and exciting.....anyone have any thoughts now the evenings are getting longer?

Some dates.......For a weeknight, Thursday 27th Oct or For a Weekend 5th November.

well, some of us Melbourne folks get to have an unofficial longish weekend on the 31st(day before cup day! ;)).

It's unofficial as it's not officially recognised as a holiday that Monday, but every doctor in Melbourne is flat chat with writing medical certificates the night before to keep up with the influx on the Monday! ;)

Therefore as a weekday exercise, that Monday night almost naturally falls into a perfect slot.

StiKilda(beach/Fitzroy St) can be a nice-ish spot for a late evening/night shooting situation. Same with the Port Melb/Docklands area for later evening too.

Darren, when are you down this way?

my only real caveat is that Thu nights are a no go.

Cup weekend I'm at Phillip Island (track day) from Sunday to the Tuesday.

I'm out cup weekend, but good any other time. Thursdays are definitely better for me.

There is a lot of new Art work and interesting bridge structures that have poped up along southbank over the past year, that i've been meaning "stop" and have a look at. This could be a suggestion for location?

I'm interested. There are a lot of artwork to be found in Melbourne back alleys (have to look up to find- literally I mean).
