This may seem like a dumb question but what is the general consensus on the best way to send prints via the mail , I guess the 2 options are
1, Sending the photos A4 and A3 in a document tube obviously rolled up
2, In a padded postal satchel with the prints flat seperated by paper and a sheet of cardboard either side to help protect
All the prints are on ultra glossy paper. The guy at the local post office was very non committal about the subject and told me that he couldn't
advise me
Thanks for any advice on the subject
:)

I would go with sending them flat between two sheets of thickish cardboard in an Express Post satchel.

I would go with sending them flat between two sheets of thickish cardboard in an Express Post satchel.

That's what I do plus encase photos in ziplock bag in case it rains

Plus write "do not fold" on envelope

My dad once sent photos and decided to write on the envelope "photos do not bend" somewhere along the way some smart postal worker bent the envelope in half putting a large crease straight down the middle and then wrote under my dad's inscription "yes they do".
