Oh that lens just broke :-)

That lens that the aspiring photographer was having trouble with exposure, has now broke :eek:
It is a older Sigma Silver Plastic 100-300 f4.5-6.7 SA mount.
We have just been getting happy with each other when the zoom ring has lost contact with the zoom :confused013
Auto focus is now a bit of hit & miss, though I can still manual focus & I can zoom by pulling the zoom in or out.
Is there something I can do with some instructions
OR do I go down to the creek & see if it floats out to the middle or not :scrtch:

Well, considering it's not yet unusable, your punishment can be mitigated to just going to your room without taking pictures for the rest of the day.

The 100-300 was not the best lens produced by Sigma :p
