invoice for photos

one calendar company is willing to buy some of my photos and they ask for an invoice.
how i do that? maybe someone could share a template?

Note that in Australia, if you're not registered for GST, you can't provide a tax invoice.

the difference was like this: if I were registered for GST (ABN) then I'd set a price + 10%, like for example 1100 AUD instead of 1000, otherwise it's just 1000

You can buy cheap invoice books at the local stationary shop or office works if you want to keep it simple and keep track of sales (in the absence of anything else. :)
