I did a quick research and it translated to "SCAM" website. Normally these type of website will advertise the product and that's all you are going to get such as the camera. You'll have to buy the strap, battery, lcd cover etc. separately. Here is a quick link that I had it translated in English using Google.

Someone has obviously gone to a lot of trouble to put this site up.
There is just so much stuff on it, but if you look through the camera sections, you'll see lots of very old cameras for sale like a Canon 30D and 40D (which were discontinued some years ago), which does make me suspicious, although their prices look too good to be true.
