any one know how to get iso 50 on the mk 2 mmm may be just me but i cant seem to locate it.

you have to enable ISO expansion in the custom functions menu, it will then show as "low" when you dial down your ISO

You need to go into the custom functions menu and enable ISO expansion.
It's under C.Fn I:Exposure
Note that the camera's native ISO is 100, and that 50 is a 'pulled' setting which, from what I've read, lowers dynamic range in the highlights.
I don't bother using it, personally.
