Blurb (http://www.blurb.com/book/photobook_info?ce=facebook_australia)
Hey guys,
i just found this site... dunno if they are good or anything but thought the pricing was pretty decent...
Thanks ... that looks very interesting! I wonder what the quality of the product is like? If anyone makes a book, let us know!
Cheers, PeterB. :)
I have used Snapfish previously as they had a special offer where you could print a book for free. The quality is very high and professional looking.

From memory you also get 20 free print when you create an account.

I've heard good things about blurb.
Another one is lulu.com (http://lulu.com)

A couple of months ago I found an Aussie site that was offering photo books, and they offered to send out a couple of sample pages to judge the print quality. When the samples arrived in the mail, I wasn't very impressed. No doubt good enough for a snapshot album but they weren't my idea of "coffee-table book" quality. I can't remember the name of the site now, unfortunately.
Anyway, I'm just waiting until I have enough good images to put a book together (which may be a *long* time at the rate I'm going) ...
Cheers, PeterB.

I got one made through Snapfish. It's really nice, great keepsake.. but not sure if it's worth the $$ they charge. I guess to really make it worth while you need a nice thick book full of photos.. mine is quite thin.

I've used Pixart (http://www.pixart.com.my/index.htm) for printing gift photo books before. The customer service and pricing were great, but I wouldn't use them to print a portfolio.

Apple in Australia will print photo books and calendars, details here (http://www.apple.com/au/ilife/iphoto/).
