Help with new 7D

Hi all

My new 7D arrived from DigitalRev today but once I had charged the battery and fired her up, all the language settings in the camera are in Japanese. Is there an easy way to change the language to English on the camera?

Did you get a user manual with it? Page 42, getting started , Menu and setting language.

Thanks for that. Yes I did get the manual but couldn't quickly find language settings in the manual, so I googled and found it on a demo video. Just had to count the icons and work from there as everything was still in Japanese if you know what I mean.
