You are sitting across from your favorite photographer at a coffee shop and they are happy to engage you in conversation, What questions would you ask them? what information would you most like to take away from your encounter?

"There are a metric tonne of technically capable photographers with great equipment around. Given the competition, to what do you credit your particular popularity and/or success?" :)

Them? Well, OK.
G'day mate. So you like the coffee here?
And They (all one of Them) might reply, "Adjust thought I'd f-stop in for a bit before they shutter up."
And so on.
Umm.
A simple question of "how do you manage to bring out the best in the people that you photograph?"

Are you going to eat that? ;)
On a serious note I think as someone who likes to photograph birds I'd just talk to them about their experiences out in the field, the special moments they had with their subject.

I went to school with Rex Dupain (Max's son) and have asked him already.
Didn't learn much though.............................
I guess they don't want to let out all of their secrets.
...soooo.... how bout those broncos hey...
wanna do a field trip with me?
What's you're next major photographic assignment, and can I come with you?
Do you engaged into 'certain activity' with your model before or after the photo shoot? ;)

All of my favorite photographers are on here. I have a few here locally, and I plan to meet a couple on my trip up to Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.
One I would love to catch up with one day is Dylan Toh. Hopefully if I could get close enough, some of his talent will rub off.
How do you do the blurry background thing? :D
