I'm interested in gauging members' preferences in L brackets.
So far, my only experience is with a couple of Really Right Stuff brackets.
However, I've noticed on several other forums that quite a few people extol the virtues of Kirk
brackets. They cite an extra attachment point at the left side neckstrap mount (for supposedly less flex when using a battery grip) and an optional spacer bracket to provide clearance for cables running to laptops etc when in portrait orientation.
Both makers' products are similarly priced. Does anyone have experience of comparable brackets from RRS & Kirk? Does one have a discernible advantage over the other?
