Steve, wish I could help mate but you are talking another language to me :-(.
I don't use AI, Google is your friend. Maybe try the Adobe forums.

What about the Import-Export folder in PS? Assuming that you want to import it into PS from Illustrator - not really sure if that's the gist of the question

Thanks all for replying ;)
Basically its a vector mask ie.just like brushes or an action so it needs to go somewhere
ie.brushes plugin goes to the brushes folder and actions go to its actions folder but i cant find where
a mask would go :th3:

Save it as an ai document, native Illustrator doc with an extension of .ai. Just opening Ilustrator now so will check and get back.

Go to help..."saving as a vector mask" and go on from there. I would save it as a ai document but there are other ways, swg for instance, depends what you want it for, have a read, if it is a graphic that you want to use in another program and wish it to have a transparent b/g then save it as an eps file.
Quote from the help file
"SVG is a vector format that produces high-quality, interactive web graphics. There are two versions of the SVG formats: SVG and Compressed SVG (SVGZ). SVGZ can reduce file sizes by 50% to 80%; however, you cannot edit SVGZ files using a text editor."
Hop this helps.
