Constant lighting

Does anybody use a constant lighting set up at?

I am looking at buying a couple (maybe) of 1000w lights, will this give me enough light to get fast shutter speeds, over 1/200sec, to do some stop motion shots in sequence which can't be achieved with speed lights.

Hi slinky i use a constant lighting studio your not going to get much more than 1/300sec to get faster shutter speeds with constant you will really have to start turning up that ISO to shoot faster :th3:
