Are you a geek who loves to pull things apart as soon as you get your hands on it? Well, so am I. Thankfully someone has torn-down the D7000 so that we don't have to :)

Simple really Lance, tearing the camera apart and having peeps like us look at it has bought them a massive increase in web site hits, they have probably paid for the body twice over in potential advertising sales. :D

Was the puller-aparter a Canon owner by any chance? :)

Interesting, I'd like to see up closer and work out exactly which bits are driving and connected to what.

You see this sort of thing from InfraRed photographers, taking out the Hot Mirror :eek:
