Contacting Digitalrev

For those that have dealt with digitalrev here in Australia how did you get in contact with them? (besides emailing)?

I have tried to contact them by phone on numerous occasions and it says the line is disconnected or if it rings, no one ever picks up.

I do have an urgent matter I want to discuss with them and would appreciate it if anyone could let me know how you communicate with them more effectively.

No idea on the WTB, must get a listing on this site for all the abrevations. Does my head in try to figure them all out. Should get Kiwi to start one of his poles on teh for and against.
