Does anyone use the Canon 9000F film scanner?

As the title suggests, I was wondering if anyone use the above scanner?
I am looking at this for scanning 35mm and 120 film, and what I have read from the couple of reviews I could find, it seems to be o.k. - certainly for it's price, which is a lot cheaper than the Epson equivalent.

I was just looking from some impressions from those that use it. Any scanned photos would be good too (especially B&W)

hey Matt, HERE (http://www.ausphotography.net.au/forum/showthread.php?23673-Nikon-Coolscan-vs-Canon-8800f&highlight=Nikon) is a link to a post that I made a couple of years ago. It is the Canon vs the Nikon 5000......the Canon was the 8800f, but I doubt there would be any real difference.
