I can't get my RAW files to display in Aperture 3.0.3, I get a message on each image "Unsupported Image Format"
Does anyone know if the 60D files are different to say the 50D?

If you have a look on Apple's Supported Camera (http://www.apple.com/au/aperture/specs/raw.html) page, you will see that the 60D is not listed. RAW image formats change with nearly every new camera it seems. No doubt there will be an update soon.

I had a big stable of cameras and L lenses when I decided to sell the lot. I bought a G11 to tide things over but it never felt the same.
So I thought a Canon 550D with the twin lens would suit.
No, once you have used the best it was hard to get used to the 550 so it went back.
The 60D with the 24-105mm L is superb for what I want.
Fast enough fps.
Fast focusing.
Love the hinged screen.
Etc etc so I feel it is a good step in the right direction for Canon. The 40D I had was also superb and didn't think the 50D was a big difference..
BTW if I was more flush with dollars I would have gone back to the 5D Mk11. I loved that camera.
The bottom line is that it feels good, looks good and now it is up to me to produce some shots.
