I've just taken delivery of a Lowepro Rover AW 11, bought on eBay, made in China, and sent from Shanghai, arriving 6 days after payment cleared.
It cost me $89.95, delivered to my door, as opposed to between $219.00 & $255.00 plus postage, to buy it locally.
I've been over it with a fine tooth comb and can find no flaws or defects that would qualify it as a factory second. It does not appear to be a counterfeit copy and the quality is what I'd expect from the Lowepro brand. Even the plastic bag holding it inside the carton had the Lowepro name on it.
It holds my K20D, my 300, Siggy 105, 70-210, 15 Ltd, 40 Ltd, T/C plus heaps of room for the remote and filters and water bottles. It also has provision to strap a tripod to it and a pull out rain cover.
I guess only time will tell to see how it stands up to regular use, but at this stage I'd have no hesitation in recommending the bag or the seller.
Cheers
Kevin
