Chrome, Youtube and cache

been using chrome for a few weeks but its cahcing SOOOO bad with youtube and videos is there a fix?

Firefox was stuffed for the game i needed the flash for lol thats why on chrome lol

no but chrome seems ok - the thing is this cahce things just started with firefox also hmm maybe its that certain file?
