Focus stacking Mac

Hello,

i am macroing at the moment quite a bit and saw that people get really great results focus stacking several images.

Could anybody here give me some tips on that?
What kind of program do you use on a Mac?

You can try the Helicon software. They used to be free in Beta mode. I think they're into version 5. They might have a free trial to download. Just Google heliconsoft.

Helicon do have a trial version of their software....... found it quite good..... now I use Photoshop CS4 for focus stacking, as it is part of PS4 and at the right price
