35mm Leica Cameras - what is one to do with them?

Hi, Just wondered what everyone is doing with their old 35mm collections of Leica film compact cameras, eg. Minilux & others. Are they worth anything in the 2nd hand market?

E-Bay. Both to research what each item you have is selling for, and to sell. Just do a search on each item you have and you are sure to find others selling and buying them, and thus you see the prices that were paid. You will then know a reasonable price to place on your gear. Ebay also gives the buyer some protection if for some reason the goods don't turn up or go missing in the mail. Most people are very wary of buying over the net, especially from other countries, unless it is from a known reputable online store/site.

As a guide, check out the eBay completed sale listings. Leicas do have a cult following, even some of the disposable electronic cameras - but as with anything, condition is paramount.
