Pull-down background system

Right now I'm looking at Manfrotto

Something like:

EXPAN 046
2x autopole 032
B/P triple hooks 045

$540 pieced together by the nice folk at Kayell (they don't sell pull-down systems as such)

I'm not cluey at all on these things, does this look good to all you pros out there?
