Lightroom help!

Hello

First off im a newbie to lightroom.

After I successfuly import the images into lightroom, and view them in the library, as soon as I click on an image it seems to auto adjust a few settings? Some look fine out of camera but as soon as I click on them, the WB seems to jump and also brightness and contrast maybe? Not 100% sure whats happening there.

If anyone has a clue it would be much appreciated!

When you import both a default camera profile (if raw) and then a default preset will be applied to the image

Is there a D700 camera profile I should install?

I believe the first preview generated is based on the camera itself, and then Lightroom generates its own preview from the RAW data.

Just coming to grips with Lightroom myself.
