Nikon's D200 Official User Manual - Wanted!

Hi All,

My friend gave me his D200 and I was hoping to be able to download the official Nikon user manual that explains the essential operation of the camera. No idea why Nikon does not provide this on their site like just about every other device manufacturer.

Can anyone provide information about this essential manual?

Thanks for that. I couldn't get anything from those links and instead went to Ken Rockwell's site and used his link to Nikon's official User Manual. It can't be printed but is the complete Manual.
