Manual/guide for canon 100-400 mm is usm ?

Okay I got the 100-400 L I have been hankering for a year now, but it did not come with a manual so I am abit befuddled by the buttons and focal length limits etc.. Anyone know where to go to find a basic how to use this lens guide ?
