Hi there,

For anyone that prints on a 17" or wider printer...(or anyone else that knows)

Do you use 17x25" cut sheet papers? If yes, what do you use and where you do get them from? I can find a few 17"x100' rolls which could be cut, but from what I've read, cutting and de-curling rolls can be a pain in the behind.

Ideally I'm looking for a 17x25" version of Epson Premium Luster or Ilford Smooth Pearl.

Can anyone offer any insight for my printing needs?

Thanks

Paul

have you looked at the Epson and Ilford websites? I think you will find that they are only available in rolls

Yup, I found the rolls with no problems,

I'm just wondering if there are similar quality papers out there in cut sheets at that size.

I have found Red River Paper and Hawk Mountain papers in those sizes which are supposed to be good, but the shipping cost is over double the actual cost of the papers which makes them rather expensive.

G'day Paul

You reckon you've got a problem :efelant:
I remember from a thousand years ago when I had to do this with a 30m roll of 20"wide paper in the darkroom

Seriously tho - I would expect that with some careful work + a bit of practice, you'll be able to reverse curl any curve out of the rolled paper
