I'm looking for a focusing rail that will work with a Canon MP-E 95mm lens. This means it has to be rock solid as I am most likely to use it for focus stacking. I have looked at Really Right Stuff and they seem good. Are there any other choices?

Hi
I have a RRS Nodal Rail MPR-CL2, which I use with a Kirk L-bracket for panoramas. Products from both of these manufacturers are extremely well made, I would buy from either one again.
Hope this helps.

The cheap ones just don't cut it unfortunately. If you use a lens where a fraction of a mm can put you oof, then a macro rail that can vary by that much is quite useless. I know, I've tried the manfrotto - it's rubbish. What I need is one that I can get a rock steady focus with, and then wind it in (or out) to get a focus stack. So far, the RRS one is the best, but that's about $700 plus extras. I just want to make sure before I going spending that much.
Hi
The nodal rail that I bought I got direct from RRS, it cost about $140 US. It is just a slide rail, with no screw adjustment.
This macro focusing rail might be more what you are looking for.

The one at the bottom was the one I was looking at. I think that's the best around.
