Making a link with text

Hi all. I've been searching the forum for how to make a piece of text active so that it points to a link. Furthermore, I have been wrapping various tags around the text, but to no avail. Examples are the very names of threads, but I mean inside a thread, such as:

Find pictures "here". In this case, the word "here" would be the link, and would appear green. Thanks, Am...

Your can also put an [IMG... in the 'here' space.
