Dell, Acer, what?? notebook

Hi guys,
I’m thinking of getting a notebook has anyone got a notebook, and if so can you give me some inside I don’t want to pay more then $1000, 00 and what is better Dell, Acer, or what no Mc I can afford it!

What are you going to use it for?

What I want it for?
To see if the photos are good or not as the monitor on the back of the camera is a little to small to get accurate vision.
Me warring spectacles makes it a little difficult.
Spending hours in the cold and heat only to feed the recycle bin, not to clever.
And I’m thinking of a external hard disk as well

I have IBM, Toshiba and now two Dell laptops and a Desktop and I have to say if I was after another one I would go dell all the way - but my next buy is a imac.

Bought a Dell laptop 12 months ago from Troy Wiliams.
Got a really good deal & no probs so far. Much better than the Toshiba which it replaced.
