Wireless in Camera Power Selection

Hey Guys,

im trying to change the power of my flashes from the internal menu of my 40d. is it possible? it looks like it is but i cant get the power to change on either the master or slave.

i change it in the menu but nothing happens. im using a 580exII with off camera shoe cord and 480exii as a wireless slave

have you tryd putting the 580exii on the cameras hot shoe? im not too sure but maybe that mite help, although you'd hav the problem of having the 580 on axis then. this mite allow the canon camera flash menu to work fully, im not too sure just a suggestion :confused013
