I took these down in Pemberton, a timber town in WA's southwest. Not sure if it works, but it looks OK :)
It's an ideal subject for what you are doing. I'd suggest you look at some sepia-toned prints; you haven't got the colour quite right
I like the monochrome print best.
The subject matter suits the pics :) Nice pics :)

I like the sepia's. Maybe a bit of film grain to add to the authenticity :)

Thanks guys :)
I'll tweak the pics up a bit tonite to put some film grain and adjust the colours a little - first time doing this, so I'm going to bumble along for a bit :D

Okie dokie, I've tweaked it a bit and added film grain to the sepias, what do you think?
Yes, the darker tone is an improvement.
it is definately the right subject matter for this form of processing.

Adjusted set looks heaps better. Great subject matter for this treatment.

Thanks, Carmen. I'll be doing more experimentation with monochrome sometime later this year, but I'll post it in the relevant forum then. :)
The second set is much better, got to try this one day.:kewl:
