Weird folders in Library

Can anyone please tell me what these strange folders are. They put themselves there, all are different letter & number combinations, all have a sub-file - Sandbox and all are empty.

I think it's something to do with wiki's. Try a google search - it might prompt a memory of where you've been on the web or some game that you might have tried.

Just searched "wiki". I have never used one. I don't play games.
