I use my iPhone, App called photocalc, has a heap of features for those with iPhones, sunrise, sunsets, dof, exposure reciprocation, circle of confusion, flash exposure and more.

I think Photocalc is also available for PDA's, and I think I had it once?? (something similar anyhow!)
I just use my GPS :D

But there are programs that do it on your PC.. something called Emphemeris, or Sun and Moon Ephemeris.

And if you are a firefox user, Sun Cult (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1915) is a very useful add on with a high degree of customization for you particular location.
