Is anyone else having problems with this? I can't see of read NEF files, no problems whatsoever in CS3, don't quite know what is going on, it just says that "Photoshop does not recognise this file type"

Thanks Dz & Rick, yes Rick I have just done that but Photoshop Plug-in is telling me that it hasn't, should have said that I am on a Mac, still trying to find where it has put it too, very dissapointing, I have never had this problem before.

I also had a problem with the upgrade, so I think it will be an Adobe problem tomorrow! :confused013

Thanks for your help, Margaret

One Resolution -
Thanks a lot, thay was my problem. My file extention profile was downloaded 2 days before the latest update, and did not have the D90, yet the Adobe web site said it did. Downloading the very latest(Nov 24th 2008) took care of the problem.

Try deleting the cache after upgrading

Many thanks, after a lot of reading, I found that the Camera Raw had to be updated from Photoshop, have done this and it is OK now in Photoshop but not in Bridge, and yet some NEF files are being read, I might put these particular files back on the card and re-import them. Thanks for your help. Margaret
