It's been months because I have been investigating this is detail.
Turns out it's nothing to do with the curtains.
The blame lies with the cows. :) Same as for climate change.
I do my bit by eating them, to reduce the scale of the problem :)

It was so remiss of me not to have mentioned the recent Southern Hemisphere Spring Equinox (SHSE for short
but I prefer the long version :o)
It marks the fastest rate of change in daylight/night duration. Now, for us in the SH, the lengthening daylight
is slowing down again :(
Of course, all this daylight talk is academic with the effects of the persistent La NiƱa :lightning: :rolleyes:
