Note that the inactive cycle is reducing, you are presently on a 15 day cycle. This means you will go inactive if you do not post for 15 days. If that happens, you will reduce to a 7 day cycle.

So the only way to stop this is to join in regularly. Once you have been active for 90 days, the cycle resets and gives you a full 90 days of inactivity before it starts reducing again.
