Back again after long, long absence

Several years back a series of events knocked me for a six and, as a consequence I lost my enthusiasm for photography. Now that I am retired, and have returned to Australia after living overseas for a time, I'm finding a renewed love of getting out and about taking images. It's a slow process and I feel like I have to re-learn everything I used to take for granted as far as settings go. I guess it will be like getting back on a bike, the basics are still there, but it will take practice to get back to not having to think twice before pressing the shutter button. Getting back to being active on this site should also help. I look forward to reacquainting myself with other members, in due course. :)
